Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic recruitment
team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing IT consultants (US Citizens, Green Card
Holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.) and securing placements by building strong relationships with vendors,
implementation partners, and direct clients across the U.S. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for
individuals passionate about IT staffing and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial consultant engagement to placement, including interview
    coordination and feedback follow-ups.
  • Actively market bench candidates through established vendor networks and develop new Tier-1
    and direct client relationships to ensure quick placements.
  • Identify suitable job opportunities by leveraging job portals, internal databases, networking, and
    LinkedIn.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of job requirements and ensure timely submissions to active positions.
  • Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, and placements in the tracking system.
    Required Skills:
  • 0–2 years of experience in bench sales, IT staffing, or technical recruiting (internships or relevant
    training considered).
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies and ability to match consultant skill sets to job
    requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of initiative, motivation, and result-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients is a plus.
  • Familiarity with visa categories (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) and basic immigration policies.
  • Knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), ATS tools, and VMS platforms.
  • Understanding of different tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
