About the Role
Aeronace Consultancy LLC is hiring Lead Generation Executives to support our U.S. IT recruitment and consulting operations. This role focuses on outreach and engagement with U.S.-based job seekers who are actively looking for IT roles. If you are comfortable working night shifts, have good English communication skills, and can navigate LinkedIn confidently, this role is a great opportunity to grow in the international staffing domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with U.S.-based IT job seekers through LinkedIn and other online platforms
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn messages, emails, and other communication channels
- Share job opportunities and service information clearly and professionally
- Maintain and update lead data in internal trackers or CRM systems
- Follow defined outreach scripts and quality guidelines
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and sales teams for lead handover
Basic Requirements
- Good English proficiency (written and basic verbal communication)
- Strong LinkedIn navigation skills (search, filters, messaging, profile review)
- Typing speed: Minimum 30 WPM
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, internet tools)
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
- Comfortable with an on-site role in Ahmedabad
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Prior experience in lead generation, recruitment, or US staffing
- Familiarity with IT roles and terminology
- Attention to detail and consistency in outreach
